She has held a number of bargaining and non-bargaining positions, in Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. In 2014, after working the majority of her postal career in the Appalachian District, Rachel and her husband (Brian) moved back to California to be closer to family, transferring to the Sierra Coastal District in Santa Clarita, CA.
