Meet The Instructors
Royden Marsh is the San Diego EAP Consultant with USPS Employee Assistance Program team. Royden is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. Prior to joining the USPS EAP team he worked as a Care Manager with a large insurance company in California focusing on clients with high utilization of mental health services. Prior to that, Royden coordinated the mental health services for the YWCA of San Diego which included their Cortez Hill family homeless shelter, Passages a two year program for women getting off the streets and working with the children exposed to domestic violence.
Royden has training in domestic violence, hospice, bereavement, substance abuse, depression, anxiety and suicide prevention. He also has experience working with adults with persistent severe mental illness. As the EAP Consultant he provides consultation and coaching to top-level points of contact, both management and union, within the district. Additionally, he works with employees and their family’s to provide short-term counseling or life coaching around substance abuse, communication problems, work-life balance, stress management, etc.
Adamina Camacho is the San Diego District EAP Clinician with the USPS Employee Assistance Program. Adamina is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. Prior to joining the USPS EAP team she worked as a therapist at a residential treatment program for youth in the foster care system. Prior to that, she managed a narcotic treatment facility for individuals struggling with opiate dependency.
Adamina has experience providing individual, family, couple, child and group therapy in various clinical settings. She has a strong background in crisis intervention. Adamina has worked with various clinical populations including survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, at-risk youth, adults and youth with substance abuse problems, dual diagnosis, youth in the department of corrections, LGBT youth and Spanish speaking communities.
As the San Diego District EAP Clinician she provides short term counseling and life coaching to postal employees and their families to target a variety of concerns (relationship problems, substance abuse, communication problems, work-life balance, stress management, etc.). She provides consultation and coaching to union and postal leadership within the district. Adamina is bicultural and fully fluent in Spanish.
