As consumers are demanding ever-more transparency and immediacy, the importance of technology along all points in Postal Operations is more pronounced. This workshop will discuss some of the important initiatives Pacific Area is engaged in to better understand people, product, and performance. Bring your questions, feedback, and genuine curiosity!
Related to the tablets, the three SmartUser delivery units are soon receiving additional devices, and the Informed Supervisor of Customer Service applications are to be live and tested beginning June 21st. Beginning July 1, we will be entering the official pilot stage, where performance metrics will be evaluated to demonstrate objective value in support of national deployment. It’s all contingent on successful adoption and integration. The pilot will last approximately three months. At that point, a decision will be made on how/if to extend to more delivery units.
