Connie Sallee has been with the Postal Service for 33 years.  She started her Postal career as a letter carrier in the Lemon Grove Station in 1986.  She carried mail for 5 years.  As a Carrier she held positions of leadership as a T-6, OJI, and Safety Captain. After 5 years of carrying and acting 204B she was promoted into Supervisor of Customer Service.  Once promoted into the City of San Diego in 1991 she worked in many different offices.  At times she was on detail as manager.  In 2008 she transferred to the El Cajon Office where she also filled in as Station Manager before leaving there in 2015 when promoted to Postmaster of Poway. As of September 2018 she has been on detail as the Manager: Learning, Development and Diversity (MLDD) for the San Diego District.  She enjoys coaching and developing people to be the best they can be.

When not at work Connie enjoys most outdoor activities.  Hiking, bike riding and enjoying beautiful sunsets, just to name a few.  She also likes to bowling and playing pool.  She is a big fan of dogs and enjoys spending time hanging out with her dog at home. And most important her favorite color is purple.
